Utilizing nonmetal to substitute metal as produce raw materials classified as important subject of scientific research for energy-efficient and environmental protection in the mechanical transmission. With high elastic mould , strong ability of resist assault, the plastic alloy high-elastic coupling can overcome the problem of ordinary metal material coupling because of their high rigidity and hardness, such as vibration, noise, rub, wear and tear, impulsion, bad dependability and short life-span, it will extensively apply to all kinds of machinery,shipping,petroleum, chemical industry, mine and relevant weaponry equipment ,etc. Consequently solve a series of problems appearing in the motive force transmission fundamentally. The research of the plastic alloy high-elastic coupling performance needs a corresponding pilot system urgently. Combine the concrete operating mode characteristic of the high elastic coupling , this thesis has explained overall scheme of the experimental system, emphatically designed the loading system and the software and hardware of measuring control system. Loading the system at first, on the basis of contrasting domestic and international relevant documents, this thesis designed hydraulic pressure loading device, it have perfect advantage of loading steady and reliable,realize automation control easily,long performance life,conveniention ,precision, and it needn't to offer additional load , thus optimize the systematic structure. Secondly , developed the related measuring control system. Through using relevant knowledge , such as signal dealing with , control theory , soft project ,etc., it have been designed and developed the software and hardware of the system separately, and developed one software system controlled this machine automatically with Visual C ++ under Windows system. This control system has such characteristics as high controlled precision,high automatic degree,friendly user's interface,steady performance, etc. It can guarantee the accurate test of the properties of product , and play a positive role to improve the quality of coupling. Finally, on the basis of finishing the pilot system to design, aimed at the relevant characteristic of BTG BENTENGTM-L serial high-elastic coupling produced by Chongqing Benteng transmission technology Co. Ltd, it designed the corresponding function test experiment scheme, offered the reliable experimental platform and theoretical foundation for research of the comprehensive performance characteristic of the high-elastic coupling . The design plan of this comprehensive experimental system has already passed the demonstration of expert's project team, it can create good economic and social benefit for enterprise .
