The Rudder Control Circuit Testing Equipment is a special testing equipment designing for measuring the rudder control circuit of a certain type of aircraft. The test for rudder system of traditional simulation method, backward technology, low degree of intelligence, the testing precision is not high, the poor system compatibility. In order to solve the above problems, the urgent need to develop a new rudder control circuit testing system, to replace the conventional test equipment and expensive spectrum analyzer, and the parameters can be more intuitive and convenient to test the steering gear.This paper takes a academe some type of rudder control circuit testing system of development as the basis, elaborating debugging rudder control circuit test system hardware structure, software design and system debugging. At the same time according to the practical, advanced, reliability, based on the current situation and development analysis, to determine the design scheme of test system. This paper discusses the basic principles of the test system based on virtual instrument technology, according to the functional requirements, determine the overall framework of the dynamic testing system; The hardware structure and the design of circuit design, including the main control computer and hardware selection, voltage monitoring, current monitoring, the upper and lower electric control, alarm control and calibration and measurement channel switching circuit; Then, in the Windows XP operating system, the test software was designed based on LabVIEW development platform, including three levels, namely between the application layer, the top module layer and driver layer; Finally, the system of check and calibration and overall debugging, discuss in detail the steps in the process of system debugging.This test system based on virtual instrument technology, than the traditional test system has better data storage, processing, analysis function and higher testing accuracy is greatly improved, greatly improve the human-computer interaction. Implement all functions of the task book, satisfy the users in the system operation, integration, compatibility, compensatory, self inspection,maintenance and other aspects of the request.At present, this system has been accepted by users and delivered for use, running in good condition.
