According to the present situation that human error is not considered in structural design code which causes the actual reliability below the theoretical reliability and engineering accidents happen frequently, this paper makes a study of the fuzzy reliability of structural systems considering the effect of human error in construction of steel structure. Based on analysis of the types of human error in steel structural construction, a mathematics analysis model based on Rook model is put forward to calculate the probability of human error; a formula is constructed between the index of structural reliability and the probability of human error in order to analyze the sensitivity of structure for human error and find out the major mistakes that influence structural reliability; with three-levels fuzzy reliability synthesis judgment, a method is established to compute the affection coefficient of structural force and load effect consideringhuman error; the fuzzy state function is pushed out considering the influence of human error; with fuzzy bifurcation-bounding, this paper has constructed the method of identification of the main fuzzy inactivation model for structural systems and the calculating procedure of the general fuzzy reliability for fail process considering human error; finally, the method established in this paper is demonstrated effectively and feasibly with engineering example, at the same time, also proved necessity considering human error.
