| In modern electric power systems, with the wide spread application of the disturbing loads, the effect on network brought by the power quality problems become increasingly serious. Assessment of influences of load's disturbing property is imperative in the power market. In this paper, the load current is decomposed into active current, fundamental reactive current and distorted current. And the reactive power disturbing factor and the distorted power disturbing factor are defined. Then the evaluation method of the effect of the disturbing load on the power price based on allocating compensation equipment's cost is discussed in detail. At the same time, load property evaluation by economic assessment methods is also presented. AHP method is used to calculate weights of load's indexes and GRA method is used to get relevancy between each load and standard load, which can assess load's property. The result in this paper is meaningful to the calculation of consumer-side power price and it provides some methods to distinguish grids and consumers'own responsibilities in power market. |
