1. IntroductionABS is the main technology of automobile to improve initiative safty. Withthe increasing of automobile running speed and augment of road car density, therequirement for automobile running security becomes higher. ABS was producedand developed for it. As a kind of security equipment mounted in the brake systemof automobile, it can works on the running state of automobile and the rotation ofwheels, during the process of applying the brake, it can adjust the hydraulic ressureto control the wheel slip rate in a small scope, preventing from not rotation ofwheels . This assures automobile can adequately utilize portrait and side dhesionforce between tire and road surface to improve ability against side slip and shortenthe brake distance, then improve the running security of automobile effectively. In this article, we open out a kind of ABS test system. This system may collectthe sensor signals when the ABS is working. Then we can analyze and disposalthese signals to get some data, through these data test the performance of ABS.Based on the requirement of test, the test system need to measure someparameters, that include pressure of brake hydraulic pipe, car speed, wheel rotationspeed, acceleration and so on.2. System StructureABS test system is mainly composed of notebook computer, Daq system,sensor, power supply and so on.We use the level and module design method to design this test system.Through this method, we can improve exploitation efficiency. The level designmeans that expansibility of system in future is taken into count fully. That is to say,when we add periphery module or new function, don't need to change the interiordesign. So that improves reuse ability of system and decrease repeat design ofsystem. The level design is used for hardware design of ABS test system. Themodule design means cutting the system into several modules. It providesconvenience for system debugging and adding new function into system. It hasvery significance when we are ready to design system. The module design is usedfor software design of ABS test system.The input signals of ABS test system mainly included:1. Correlative signals of ABS, for example wheel speed signal, car speed signal, pressure signal and so on.2. Signal of sensors for expanding ABS function or improving precision, for example acceleration sensor.3. System Application Program For system test software, we use C++ Builder to exploder. Computer requiresdirectly handle I/O functions for signals collection and control of test system, butC++ Builder 6.0 doesn't have this function, so there we use NI PCI-6024E dataacquisition card, which has drive. It can handle directly. Data Acquire Module: Data acquire module is realized by programmed withC++ Builder through Data Acquire Card on PC. It mainly carries out samplingwheel speed signal, pressure signal, acceleration signal, pedal signal and displaysevery signals in real time with data format.
