Research On Test And Evaluation Method Of Powertrain For Electric Vehicles

Due to energy crisis and environmental pollution,the development of electric vehicles has become a trend in automobile industry.Because the electric vehicle powertrain is different from the traditional vehicle powertrain,the test and evaluation of electric vehicles can not be fully in accordance with the methods of test and evaluation for traditional vehicle,there is an urgent need for a series of methods of test and evaluation for electric vehicle powertrain.Based on the powertrain test bed,this paper presents a series of test methods for the power performance and economy of electric vehicle powertrain;Through the analysis and summarization of the evaluation methods and evaluation standards of automobile performance at home and abroad,a evaluation system for electric vehicle powertrain performance was established.Evaluate the powertrain performance of the electric vehicles researched in this paper using the evaluation system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the vehicle dynamics theory,the driving resistance and its calculation formula of electric vehicles on real road drving condition are analyzed,and established the equilibrium equation of vehicle dynamics;And analyzed the factors that affect the power performance and economy of electric vehicles,summed up the objective evaluation index of the evaluation of electric vehicle powertrain.(2)Based on the AVL 4WD powertrain test bed,a electric vehicle powertrain test platform is built and the platform can simulate the real road driving conditions,including road resistance simulation,inertia simulation and driver simulation.(3)Through the summary of domestic and international vehicle testing standards and test methods,proposed the electric vehicle powertrain test plan based on the powertrain platform,designed and described the power performance and economy test methods of electric vehicle powertrain,and verified the test methods by comparing with the test on chassis dynamometer.(4)Through gathering and analyzing information about subjective evaluation and rating from foreign and domestic automobile enterprises and research institutions,designed a 10 points scoring method for electric vehicle powertrain performance evaluation;The weight coefficients of the powertrain performance indexes of the electric vehicles are obtained by the analytic hierarchy process;Finally,According to the experimental results of the electric test vehicles,the test vehicles were scored and evaluated synthetically using the electric vehicle powertrain evaluation system.
