Cool storage technology is one of the important means of power peaking and valley filling.In recent years,under the guidance of national policies,cold storage technology has been widely used in China.Cold storage technology is becoming more and more mature in practical application,but there are still many problems to be improved.The first is the evaluation of the cold storage air conditioning system.The evaluation method of the cold storage air conditioning system is mainly to evaluate the energy efficiency and economy of the cold storage system.The energy efficiency is mainly based on the evaluation method of the conventional system.The economic focus is mainly on the economic comparison between the cold storage system and the conventional system.Based on the test,it is found that the evaluation of the cold storage air conditioning system has good economy and low energy efficiency,and how to correctly evaluate the problem.In addition,many large refrigeration stations use cold storage air-conditioning system,but there are many problems in the operation process.Therefore,a scientific,comprehensive and impartial test and diagnosis method is needed to analyze the existing problems and causes in the system and make optimization and improvement.This paper studies the evaluation of cold storage air-conditioning system.Through the research on the related documents of the evaluation method of the existing cold storage airconditioning system,the important influencing factors of energy efficiency and economy of the cold storage air-conditioning system are comprehensively considered,and the energy efficiency of the system operation is divided according to the peak-to-valley electricity price period,the energy efficiency in each time period is combined with the peak-level valley electricity price in the running time period,an evaluation method for comprehensively considering the energy efficiency and the economy of the cold storage system is put forward.Through a project case,the main equipment configuration of conventional system,ice storage system and water storage system is designed and selected.The hourly energy consumption and cooling capacity of each system under different load rates are calculated theoretically.Using the new evaluation method proposed in this paper,the evaluation of each system is carried out.The hourly energy consumption and cooling capacity of each system are evaluated by the new evaluation method proposed in this paper.It can be seen from the comparison results that the integrated energy efficiency economy of the water storage system and the ice storage system is better than that of the conventional system,and that of the water storage system and the ice storage system is better than the conventional system.The comprehensive energy efficiency economy of water storage system is better than that of ice storage system.In this paper,the operation effect of ice storage system in a cold station is also tested and studied on the spot.Field test and analysis of the ice storage system of the cold station are carried out.The energy consumption and cooling capacity of the ice storage project are split in typical weekly operation in summer.The total energy efficiency EER=2.03 of the typical summer cycle of the cold station is calculated,which is in the urgent need to improve the energy efficiency scale provided by ASHRAE standard of the American Society of Heating and Ventilation Engineers,and the operating cost of the cold station in summer is calculated to be 0.3184 yuan/kWh,which is at a relatively poor level.After analyzing the overall energy efficiency and economic level of the cold station,the performance of the main equipment(chiller,water pump,cooling tower,ice storage tank,plate heat exchanger)in the cold station system is analyzed.The problems existing in the operation of each equipment are found,and the causes of the problems are found out,and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the system are given.Provide guidance for the good operation of the system.71 figures,21 tables,51 references...
