China, as a developingcountry, is the part of them. Exhaust emission of vehicle not only cause theheavy pollution of air, at the same time, it bring the serious harm to health ofhuman being. This article mainly take exhaust emission contamination asanalyse objection and illustrate in detail current actual state and influenceon civil air quality which the exhaust emission of vehicle have cause inChangChun city. We can finally confirm and calculate the emission factorof contamination through the testing of the actual vehicle, and analyse thedistribute probability of contamination, which provide us with scientific theorybasis on which we can accurately analyse air pollution ChangChuntransport lead to ,and furthermore effectively control them .According to current state of exhaust emission in ChangChun, the content ofthis article are as follows:1. To provide us with the actual volume and operating state of vehiclethrough the factual investigation to vehicle in ChangChun. There are rapidimprovement about volume of ChangChun whose rate can reach up to14.5%.By 2004, the vehicle capability of Changchun city had been up to541007.With the increasing the road load, speed of vehicle has beenreduced gradually. The drivers have to frequently change the driving statethat cover accelerate and brake as well as ideal speed, which seriousaggravates the moving cycle. The average flux of vehicle on the road canreach up to 7000 percent hour at rush moment for example morning andafternoon on which speed of vehicle is only approximate 27km/h, and at theother time it is 33km/h. Today the dominant level can not be established, theefficiency of transport is very low. By now there are no underway andshortage of special bus road, and light railway are being established, whichcan comprise of a rapid common intranet. Common transports route andposition can not be reasonably distributed which is not convenient forpassenger to change the bus so that it can not show the superiority of thetransports. To analyse the current using state can provide us with theacademic foundation to calculate and evaluate the distribution of exhaustemission of vehicle in Changchun.2. we may know that contents of NOx always exceed the standardevery year through studying the kinds and density of contamination in theair , and NOx of nearby surface of land come from the emission of vehicle.the density of CO have seriously exceeded the state standard on the bothedge of roads and in the dense transport area. Although there are noemerge of ray-chemistry phenomena, which is unforgiving .in particular theparticle density seriously exceed the normal standard. The TSP densitymost reach up to 395ug/m3 in winter of 2000 in which Changchun peoplemust keep the rooms warm by coal, and the exceeding level had reached upto 4-6 times, however, the exhaust emission particle of diesel vehicle arevery small that have a future harm for human throats. Some primarypollution such as NOx and CO have double peak in the every rush morningand evening , and the serious pollution in the large cities mainly fasten onthe area of dense population and traffic jam, which tell us that theatmosphere pollution are closely relative to exhaust emission.3. we have done three kinds of vehicles that respectively Jetta, Redflag century star and JInbei minibus according to the United States MOBILEmodule, and the test instruments are the OEM-2100 handly emissionmeasurement, through which we can read the data of emission and finallyconfirm the regress of the emission factor and consult the Americanaggravating data in the 70th age. we have found the average calculatedvalue is higher than the actual one by compare.
