With the fast economy development of our country , the highway trafficvolume increase rapidly.This puts forward the higher request of subgradewhich is the main bearing layer of the road pavement.The lime-fly ashstabilized aggregate has the higher strength,plank body function , betterresist crack performance and the virtue of reducing the harm of industrywaste residue to the environment.It is applicated more and more widely inthe construction of superhighway basic level.But along with the increment of the traffic volume after entering eightyyears,the aggregate grading in the original norm can't satisfy therequest.At this period the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate also has theobvious bug.The big grain diameter of aggregate and no grading and lowerlevel mixture spread technics make the pavement basic level neat degree,even, strength and durability of the pavement basic level structure notquite right. Using lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate which is big diameteraggregate as the framework, it is hard to adopt machine blend and theconstruction craft that stand spread, also can't adapt the need that thehigh grade highway road pavement basic level.The research on the aspectof grading and match ratio must be done.This test combines the provincetransportation hall research item that Jinan round city highway in Shandongto carry on the research work.On the basis of research literature , theanalysis to the advantage and shortages that two ashs stabilize the crushedstones is carried on.
