The quickening of globalization progress making higher education demonstrates a networking and international trend now. As a new form of teaching and studying, bilingual education has been valued day by day in modern times. The implement of bilingual education meets the international trend of higher education of china, and meantime it can cultivate a number of higher-quality talents who have the international cooperative consciousness and capability to communicate and compete with the foreigners. And builds a bridge that can link up the professional knowledge system of mother language and foreign language.On the other hand, with the developing of information technology of network, distance education and web-based education have also become new forms of teaching and studying, and network courseware is an important thing in realizing web-based education. Combining with exploitation and research of network courseware of engineering drawing bilingual education basing on content designing (The project of engineering drawing teaching base of basis curriculum of the national engineering course), the paper studies the content of engineering drawing bilingual education and three-dimensional technologies in the exploitation of network courseware .Chapter1: Introducing the conception, connotation of bilingual education and general situation in china, also summing up the development status of bilingual education network courseware. and network courseware technique.Chapter2: On the basis of researching the teaching conception of engineering drawing and developing experience of innovation of course and teach, designing and research is put up in the paper on the course designing and teach designing of engineering drawing bilingual education, as well as the teaching scheme, teaching goal, teaching strategy, teaching pattern and evaluating scheme of engineering drawing bilingual education.Chapter 3 Researching the optimizing design principle and method of courseware web, rearch on the web downloading speed, graph, table and courseware compatibility optimization, designing the content expression method of engineering drawing bilingual education courseware according to this principle.Chapter 4: Focusing on the key technology of three-dimensional modeling technology, the chapter analyze Rhino,3D Max,and Solidworks modeling technology superiority, utilize their superiority making modeling,and presents it's course and idiographic technology in the process of realization with two detail examples.Chapter 5: Focusing on the key technology of the development of network courseware — the realization of virtual experiment system modeling, the chapter carries through analysis and study thoroughly from three-dimensional modeling and emulating of experiment process of it to the realization of consumer corresponding.
