Research And Realize Of Simulator Of Ship Power Station

The simulator of ship power station is the important composition part of turbine simulator, and it can strengthen student actual operation ability. This dissertation has narrated the design thought and realization method of the simulator of ship power station in detail. The simulator of ship power station we designed can realize the collection of various power parameters, show and control output function for the control screen of power station. This dissertation has elaborated the major composition and function principle of the simulator of ship power station. Its basie functions include simulation of operation control, the safety protection of generator unit, simulation of ship power station and power driving system, teaching examination comment, and the extension of network with turbine simulator. The supervisory system of power station include many functions, which are watching on distribution screen, monitoring cabin, watching on real time and control of power system, dynamic watching on running parameter, recording and printing of the warning report.Lower machine realizes the collection, control output of power parameter and communication protocol conversion by using the 16-bit MCU named SPCE061A of Sunplus Company and CAN bus controller SJA1000. Upper machine based on VC++ 6.0 realizes the communication with lower machine by using enhanced parallel port (EPP), network communication by using Winsock Control and storage of various operation parameters by using Access database.Through referring to plenty of domestic and international materials and frequentative experiments, the simulator of ship power station I designed realizes the above functions. Thus it verifies the feasibility that Industrial control machine can be replaced by using intelligent control unit (signal collection, control board) in every simulated control panel, CAN bus transmission and enhanced parallel port.
