With modern electronics and computer technology becoming mature, science and technology of ships are constantly developing. As the power source of the ship, the ship station there has been many high level of innovation. People begin to pay attention to the power system monitoring and management. In order to achieve stable operation of marine power station and efficient monitoring and management, improving the automation degree of ship power station, in this thesis, the marine power station monitoring system is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC technology. The system uses advanced electronic technology and network control technology. System security, economy and reliability are guaranteed.This Automation monitoring system is composed by one main station and three sub-stations based on S7-300 PLC. Each PLC controls a diesel generator. By using Siemens Step7 programming software for the PLC programming, writing each function module program of the power station monitoring system, such as the modules of generator self-starting, automatic paralleling automatic frequency modulation and automatic splitting, The system achieves the automatic control.The main station composed by WinCC is based on a industrial PC. It designs vivid and easy operation human-machine interface. The interface can monitor all kinds of intelligent instruments effectively. Therefore, the data collection and the state of the equipment export effective feedback in time. By increasing the reliability of the system, it realizes the function of remote monitoring of ship power station.For frequency adjustment of automatic paralleling this part, a method of auto weight adjusting fuzzy-PID controller is introduced. A model of power station system is established and simulation is completed by using MATLAB software. By making compare between the fuzzy-PID algorithm, fuzzy algorithm and PID algorithm, the superiority of the algorithm is reflected.
