With the development of auto industry and space industry, every discipline domain personage's sight has aimed at the safe fields of the automobile and spacecraft. In the automobile safe field, artificial dummy became basic experiment tool of automobile collide experiment. In the further investigation of artificial dummy, we found that how to realize the signal collection and analyses in the dynamic experiment becomes a new subject.Human body impact biomechanics parameter measurement system is an extremely important subject in an artificial dummy manufacture process, and if we haven't this system's support, we are unable to test standardly to the dummy. This thesis is directed against the present research progress both at home and abroad, on the basis of studying to the human body impact biomechanics parameter measurement theory and passive safe regulation, we have set up a set of simple and intact test systems according to the existing condition in our laboratory. We use Visual C++ and MATLAB as primary development tools to complete the software design.The paper primary focuses on the following contents:(1)Bring forward the general design and achieve method on human body impact biomechanics parameter dynamic measurement system.(2)According to SAEJ211 and ISO6487 demand demand for the system proposition, we have set up a set of simple and intact test systems according to theexisting condition in our laboratory, and which has been successfully applied to the artificial dummy's standard experiment.?Realize A/D card's control of human body impact biomechanics parameter dynamic measurement system, and realize data transmission, collection and transition, by using of Visual C++ and it's technique of single document/Multi views structure and Multi-thread programming.?The application of the technology of combining MATLAB and VC++ in development of this software system is put forward, and successfully applied to this system's signal analyses. Results indicate that it can realize function expand conveniently by using of the technology of combining MATLAB and VC++ and the interface is clear and ocular and it is convenient for user to operate.Human body impact biomechanics parameter dynamic measurement system is used in Domestic safe dummy calibration experiment, and has succeeded in realizing the dynamic collection of the acceleration of safe dummy head, acceleration of chest, deformation amount of chest rib, wallop of knee. Results indicate the feasibility and reliability of this system.
