Research On Measurement And Control System Of The Multifunction Pump Test-Bed

The multiple-function pump test-bed can not only test pump's inner and outer performance,but also carry out to test water turbine and small type of water hole.The meter-control system features high automation and the exactness .The project concerned with this paper is supported by Nation Finance Department which named multiple-function pump test-bed of Jiangsu University Fluid Machinery Center .It is significant to study on the meter-control system as a whole.The main work in this paper is outlined as following:(1) Researching the structure of the test bed. The whole structure of the test bed was introduced in detail,including the hardware and softwareand the character.(2) Researching the design of the meter-control system. The messure principle of the meter-control system was analysed.At the same time the test instruments were choosed(3) Researching the main source of the meter-control system in the test-bed after a simple introduction to the error theory,and the exactness influenced by the main error factors.The exactness value of the test-bed was calculated also.(4) The principle of the error distribution was summed up,and some detail must be regarded.(5) Analyzing and constracting the meter-control system.of the test-bed.The reliability and the rationality was proved.
