The Bohai Sea and Huanghai Sea are the typical semi-closed continental shelf sea which lie in the east of Asian continent, the west side of northwest Pacific Ocean, the area between 31-41°N. So they have special temperature and salinity distributing characteristics and circulation that differ from other seas.In this paper, the model that includes 2.5-rank closed-turbulence- submodel is used as dynamical and thermodynamic model of the Bohai Sea and Huanghai Sea.Considered of satellite and remote sensing data(SST, wind field), tide mixing, wind mixing and turbulence mixing.the three-dimensional temperature structure and its annual variation process of the Bohai Sea and Huanghai Sea are simulated. Also, the corresponding characteristic of circulation structure during the development process of temperature vertical structure is analyzed .And its effect of operation on sea is discussed.The main results:1 , The thermodynamic structure of the Bohai Sea and Huanghai Sea can be classed into the winter type and the summer type.In October to the next March it is the winter type which is vertical and uniform. In June to August it is the summer type, the delaminated structure is make up of the mixing layer and the tidal mix layer. The alternate effect of stratification and convection make the temperature vertical structure of the middle of the Huanghai Sea divided into three types: uniform type, layered type and transitional type.2, The Huanghai Sea cold water mass, Huanghai Sea warm current and continental shelf front dominate the local temperature structure. The thermodynamic structure of the Huanghai Sea trough, which holds the great mass of the Huanghai Sea, is evidently differ from the Bohai Sea and the marginal area of the Huanghai Sea.3, The Huanghai Sea warm current is divided into two branches at the south of 36°N. The west branch is the principal axis, but the kernel temperature of the east branch is evidently greater than the west branch's. The Huanghai Sea warm current sensitively rely on north way wind in winter.4, The circulation of the middle Huanghai Sea is weak in summer. A anticlockwise circulation presents along the edge of the cold water mass. And the current velocity is only several centimeter per second. The cold water mass of the bottom still moves to the north.at the same time, the up layers present a tendency of the south.5, The Bohai Sea and Huanghai Sea are unbenefit of submarine activity, but benefit of general subject training. In the Bohai Sea, the effect of ship should be considered in winter and the effect of submarine, arms and equipments should be considered in April to December, the time of thermocline and pycnocline.
