Injection Technology Based On Qmi152 Motorcycle Engine Electronic Control

With more and more strick exhaust emission standard in recent years, the motorcycle which can not be up to the emission standard will not be launched. Electronic controlled fuel injection(EFI) technology is the best choice for the current" motorcycle environment protection technology because of its excellent fuel economy and low emission. So, motorcycle EFI system has a huge market in the future.First of all, the development of current motorcycle EFI system is summarized in this paper. After comparation, the former carburetor system is substituted by EFI system. Based on this, this paper designs the ECU of this EFI using 89C52 as main chip, including signal acquisition, control of actuator and communication curcuit at the same time. Then, the control software is designed combining main program with interrupt program. Besides, this paper designs the software and hardware anti-jamming.After designing of software and hardware, this paper sets up the mathematics matrix. By this matrix, the initial fuel MAP is obtained. Then the initial MAP is corrected by bench test, and fuel is compensated in starting,warming up.accelerating and decelerating state seperatly.At last, experimentation bench is first tried on, and a part of test is taken on QMI152 motorcycle engine.
