The Research Of The Control In Hydraulic Elevator

Hydraulic elevator is an important vertical transportation tool in modern society and is used in heavy-duty especially. The foreground of hydraulic elevator is wide in china and the quantity demanded increases annually. Hydraulic elevator - product integrated mechanics, electronics and hydraulics— is composed of independent and coordinated parts. The research of hydraulic elevator involves a lot of field such as automation .The vehicle hydraulic elevator used in Shanghai Volkswagen maintenance station is main subject investigated. This paper discusses two points mainly. Firstly, hydraulic system has been improved, the by-pass throttle governing circuit has been substituted by the entrance throttle governing circuit in order to improve speed governing performance, load sensing system improves efficiency. Secondly , Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC ) controls hydraulic elevator in order to improve reliability , stability and amenity . This can realize hydraulic elevator made in home . Modelling by mechanism and system identification theory have been used in building model .
