During the operation of the traction elevator,the safety accidents of the ladder personnel are squeezed,sheared and fallen due to the gap between the elevator car and the entrance of the hoistway.According to TSGT7001-2009 ‘Rules for supervision,inspection and regular inspection of lifts--traction and forced drive elevators' Provisions on the safe distance between the traction elevator car and the entrance of the passenger car hoistway wall: "The spacing between the car and the hoistway wall facing the entrance of the car is not greater than 0.15m"At present,the domestic special equipment supervision and Inspection Institute,in accordance with the provisions of the national standard,the test method for this safety standard is the tester stands on the top of the elevator car and uses a steel ruler to measure the distance between the elevator car and the entrance wall of the car entrance.This method of detection takes a long time and can't guarantee the safety of testers.In view of this problem,ultrasonic ranging method is used to realize non-contact ranging in this paper.Firstly,the principle of using ultrasonic as range signal carrier for ranging is studied.The influence of temperature,system delay and elevator operation on ultrasonic ranging is analyzed,and the overall ranging process is designed.On this basis,using 51 single-chip microcomputer as the main hardware,the lower computer distance measurement program is designed.The microcontroller communicate with the computer through the serial port program,and the PC program is developed by using Labview software.A human-computer interaction interface is designed to display the distance measurement results in real time,and the results are stored in the computer after the test is finished.Finally,the Proteus software is used to simulate the lower computer system.Through the virtual serial port software,the upper computer system developed under the Labview software environment is used to simulate the work flow of the ranging system.This system uses Labview to develop the upper computer program,which is convenient for the improvement and correction of the operating system,and reduces the cost needed for the future development.
