Reverse engineering can absorb the advanced technique and increase the development speed of product quickly. Quick measuring technique is the key link of reverse engineering and it's the foundation of subsequent work. The technique of 3D vision measure's advantage is untouched, quick, flexible etc. It has important foreground in modern manufacturing industry. But there is problems yet in the 3D vision measure technique, such as accuracy and speed, so it still can't satisfy the demand of reverse engineering completely, Therefore this paper carried on the research of a kind of 3D vision measure method based on structure-light using two parallel cameras in theories and experiment, Combining the need of the advanced manufacturing technology closely. First of all, after comparing with various kinds of 3D vision measuring technique, this text put forward one kind of measuring method combined three-dimensional vision and laser scanning measurement method together to measure,after analyzed the camera model , varying , systematic operation principle of system of coordinates in detail ,this paper derived out the systematic mathematics model. Secondly, on the basis of mathematics model, cooperating with the corresponding software, author developed measuring system by CCD camera, card, accurate guide and computer, etc. Third, have carried on further investigation on algorithm of pattern process, using VC ++6.0 , Matlab6.1 programming language has worked out the pattern process software that cooperated with the only three-dimensional vision measuring system of the structure to use, finished the pretreatment of the picture gathered . Finally, this text adopt a kind of method based on already knowing distance points, utilize this method to calibrate the structure parameter of the system fast, accurately and utilize the result to carry on a large number of entity measuring experiments, receive the anticipated result, at last the precision of the measuring system has been analyzed in detail. Analysis on the result data shows hat the measurement system achieves a rather high speed and accuracy with strong stability, reaches the expected target. It will promote the development of 3D measurement in our country with certain technical and practical significance.
