As a new product in engineering robot field of our country, robotized loader is designed on the foundation of traditional product of ZL50 series. In the redesigning and remanufacturing to the structure of the main body and principal part, Robot technology ,computer technology and controlling technology is used, and advanced designing and manufacturing technique is applied . The new material and technics is also adopted. The prototype of ZL50G robotized loader is rated as the most advanced one in the world. The experience of appliance of robot technology ,computer technology and controlling technology could be employed as the reference to the design and innovation of other engineering machine products. The appliance of new material and structure is introduced in detail in this paper, including electrohydraulic proportional control and electronic positioning of working mechanism , electronic monitor and trouble diagnosis system ,instruction controlled steering system ,innovative integrated steering and transmission system ,3-point 2-direction damping suspension of power train etc. Electrohydraulic proportional control technique is successfully applied in the control of loader working mechanism and computer controlling unit is developed ,including the hardware and software. Lab tests and industry practice proves that control system is sensitive, steady, and good at anti-interference, can make the working mechanism work well. This system also can be applied in other engineering machines. Electronic positioning equipment controlled by computer controlling unit can be used to locate arm and bucket of loader automatically . Electronic monitor system works reliably and realizes the tertiary alarm according to the fixed technical indicator. In addition the system can also be examined by oneself, can also show the engine adds up to working time, engine rotational speed, loader walking speed, gearbox state and show to frock system and trouble situation, transmission of control system, offer the trouble to diagnose codes. The hardware circuit developed has high anti-interference ability and protects the function, adopt the anti-interference algorithm in the software, guarantee the dependability of the input and output signal of the monitoring system. Working mechanism finishs shoveling and digging with the help of hydraulic system arm and scraper bowl cylinder. This system is an important component of a loader, its engineering level and operating engineering level and operation performance means something to the whole machine. The research of electrohydraulic proportional control,electronic positioning ,electronic monitor and trouble diagnosis system indicate them work well and realize booked the function. ZL50G robot loader is the result that information technology, computer technology, microelectric technology, control technology combined with traditional engineering machinery, is the beginning of the robotized engineering products of our country. ZL50G robotized loader realizes the qualitative leap on designing, technological advance and means of making, narrow the disparity with the developed countries, promote the development of high-tech industry of national industry.
