With the development of electrohydraulic proportional control technology, it has been playing an important role in the realm of hydraulic control. Now proportional valve's property is already well-matched with servo valve except for its low frequency response. So proportional valve has been abroad applied to reakn if industry's control. But now the electrohydraulic proportional system's design and analysis method. The literature of the proportional control system's design and analysis method is scarcity. The most of thesis on the electrohydraulic proportional control system generally base on the experimentation and the emulation mode method is an assistant method. It lacks for a reasonable and economic method to design the proportional system in engineering design.In the thesis, I take transportation machinery of copper electroanalysis's anode automatic product line-One of the key scientific research project of Yunnan province cooperated with Zhejiang University as researching object. And the dynamic and mathematical model of the whole control system is estanblished .In addition, the dynamic and static qualitices of the systen are analyzed in detail by means of the knowledge of control theory .becaue of the instability of system, wo seleceted the intellegtual PID controller.Also,the system is simulated through computer and the results of simulation prove that it isqualitien satisty with the practical requirements.
