The Outdoor Environment Of The City Residential District Humanized Design Research

For the residential area environment affect the quality of resident' s life directly, it is closely relative to the life as the important part of city space environment. With the improvement of material and spirit civilization, the city construction had steppedinto a new situation-from the pursuit of the quantity ofconstruction to the effort of resolving the intense housing contradiction, which means that the focus is changed from housing or not to the pursuit of the quality of the residential area environment in order to improve the life level. The transition require our new acquaintanceship and deep understanding of the inhabitation region environment to provide high-quality, high-efficiency, high-feeling humanity inhabitation space for the society. So, the creation of the humanity residential area environment cater to the requirement of the era and has the realistic meaning.This thesis analyze and research in view of being short of paying attention to people in the outdoor environmental design of the residential district, and study appropriate theory and countermeasure. This text is a humanized analysis research to the space constitution of the outdoor environment of residential area, phenomenon of humanity outdoor movable mental state, the characteristic of outdoor movable mental state and behavior temperament from the space ,psychology, behavior and the sociology, and bring up the basic principle that design of humanization of outdoor environment of area. It studied the humanization design method from the dividing space of the outdoor environment of residential area, field ground facilities, the transportation organize, landscape and so on.Through the analysis and study in the whole passage, I summarize the remarkable problems existing in today's urban residential areaenvironment in China, issued primarily the key points to assess the humanistic residential area environment, and gives the concrete suggestion to be discussed on the humanistic residential area environmental design. Therefore, several key points which shall be insisted on while creating the humanistic residential area environment. I hope this passage will be valuable to the future construction of the urban residential area environment of the new century in China. Last but not least, I made some suggestions on the future development in this passage.
