Nowadays the measure testing technique is very advanced and developing quickly in the industry-developed countries. A country can't develop its industry and technology without advanced measure testing technique and strong substantial power. At present no matter whether in the technological field or in the industrial field, people are all paying close attention to the up-to-date development of the international measure testing technique. As one of the three parameters (pressure, temperature, flux) which are applied most extensively in the industrial production processes, the development of the pressure testing technique and instruments is always thought important. In the last decade, the pressure testing technique made obvious progress. First, all countries are continuously thorough in the research work of the pressure benchmark, the manufacturing technology and the measure technique of each kind of the pressure sensors have the obvious progress, and the veracity of the pressure test has the bigger exaltation. Secondly, the commercial pressure instruments develop rapidly and the automatization degree of the pressure testing system has been greatly improved.The Multi-channel Pressure On-line Testing System designed by this topic is mainly used for the pressure automatic detection in the actual industrial production .And its maximal measure pressure can amount to 100 KN. The system adopts MCU as the control core, provides with the peripheral interface chip used widely nowadays and leads in the ISP technique. So it can carry out the system upgrade very conveniently. This system can carry out the pressure test to 8 test channels at the same time, and can carry out the pressure test to 24 test channels at the same time by simple improvement. The pressure test value can be displayed by the LCD of the test instrument and thetest result can be printed out by the printer. At the same time; the pressure test system can also communicate with the upper machine (PC); saving the test result in the big capacity memorizer in the PC; and display the real-time curve of each tested channel in the display of the PC by programming; so it is easy to have a real-time inspection towards the tested pressure.
