Fuel injection system is the heart of the engine,of which two key equipment is the oil pump and injector.With the rapid development of Electronic Science and technology,the fuel injection system has been developed from the original mechanical control to the present automatic electronic control system.At present,the device adopts automatic control equipment,can further improve the performance of the high pressure oil supply system,realize the real-time monitoring and control more reliable,good technical reserves for the high-pressure oil supply system of the upgrading of products.Through the comparison of various automation equipment,this article choose SIEMENS servo control system and PLC control system of the General Company,using the GE Proficy Machine Edition and Wonderware Intouch in the computer of logic programming,make the human-computer interaction more convenient.The equipment data transmission through Ethernet and PROFIBUS is stable and reliable.The real-time monitoring system developed in this article to adjust the fuel flow of high pressure oil pump driven by adjusting the motor speed,and fuel flow stability in required range.After the success of research will make the structure of the high pressure fuel supply system has the advantages of compact structure,improve the performance,the failure rate is reduced.This article describes and illustrates the realization process of this study.In view of the above description,the main work of this paper is:1.To build a the underlying servo motor control system: according to the high pressure oil pump supply pressure and flow range of torque,speed and shaft power requirements,the selection of SIEMENS servo motor.The motor driver controls the speed of the high pressure oil pump drive motor by adjusting the speed to adjust the fuel flow rate in real time,and the fuel flow is stable in the range of needs.2.To build a middle PLC monitoring system: PLC automation control mode is now the most popular industrial control mode.For example,SIEMENS,America AB,Schneider,Japan's MITSUBISHI,OMRON,Toshiba,GE-FANAC and so on.My company has been the use of GE-FANAC produced PLC,the high pressure oil pump system belongs to the whole engine equipment.The rest of the system using GE PLC automation control,access to convenient to the entire system,monitoring system of high pressure oil supply device also uses GE's PLC automation control.PLC software programming using T language,this language is more simple and easy to understand than other languages,and the debugger is convenient and quick,error,etc.can quickly correct.3.To build a upper PC monitoring system: At present domestic and international use of a wide range of monitoring software has the United States National Instrument Labview,Wonderware company's Intouch,as well as VB and other tools.The Intouch software is simple and the configuration software development platform is easy to learn and easy to use.Internal script programming code is similar to the structure of the C language,easy to master,and human-computer interaction mode is convenient,stable and reliable operation.Three levels through different means of communication,to establish a complete automation control system and control the new development of high-pressure fuel supply system,so that it can achieve the desired effect.Finally,in view of the requirements,this article tested each function module,including PLC logic control and Intouch visual monitoring function,and each module of the test results are analyzed and verified,it shows that the system is correct and stable.
