Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Method For Field Inspection Information Of Dam Safety

It is one of the basic scientific research methods to analyze system behavior combining qualitative analysis method with quantitative analysis method. Meta-syntheses is a method which appropriately integrate professional scientific theories, knowledge of expert community, various kinds of data and information with computer technology. Safety monitoring of dams is in the development of data obtain automatic, data process modeling, analysis evaluation intelligentized, result output visually, data transmission and management networked. Safety evaluation of dams is also in the development of analysis evaluation intelligentized and meta-syntheses.It is an important component to meta-synthetic evaluation that comprehensive evaluating field inspection information of dam safety. It is significative and practical in the dam safety analysis intelligentized that comprehensive evaluating field inspection information of dam safety.Comprehensive evaluation to field inspection information of dam safety is a comprehensive analytical problem of many indexes and many levels. The third chapter of this paper summarizes the main field inspection contents of concrete dam and embankment dam. It has established the evaluation index system of concrete dam and embankment dam according to the contents and the principia of establish evaluation index system. It has compared and summed up the compartmentalize method of safe grade of dams, and has illuminated the evaluation criterion of field inspection information in dam safety.Generally, the indexes of field inspection information in dam safety are qualitative. It is necessary to qualify the qualitative indexes to keep up with the development of Meta-syntheses and intelligentized analysis evaluation. The common quantify methods in comprehensive evaluation have expert grade method, fuzzy mathematics method, grade specific gravity method and duality antitheses, etc. On the basis of already having research production, this paper use Set-Valued Statistics method and Multidimensional Scaling method to quantify the field inspection information of dam safety. These methods can comparatively scientific and reasonable quantify the field inspection information of dam safety.Comprehensive evaluation method is a core content of comprehensive evaluation in dam safety. There are mainly at present such comprehensive evaluation methods as expert evaluation assessment method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment and gray system comprehensive evaluation assessment, etc. This paper use Matter element extension theory and Set pair analysis theory to establish dam safety field inspection information Matter element extension comprehensive evaluation model and Set pair analysis comprehensive evaluation model. The matter element extension comprehensive evaluation model can use extension set and correlative function to establish model settling the problem of qualitative description expand to quantitative description, and it can combine the qualitative description with quantitative description to settle the problem better. The set pair analysis comprehensive evaluation model describes the matter's certainty and uncertainty from the same character, alien character and contrary character.The importance of every evaluation index is different, it different contribute to the comprehension. Therefore the weight of every index is important in comprehensive evaluation. It is one of the key problems for scientific, reasonable and exact evaluation and decision-making. The fifth chapter of this paper has analyzed and discussed several kinds of weight analytical methods for every index.
