These factors have led to the bridge's lower carrying capacity and durability, and even affect the operation of the security, the resulting need for a range of issues are relevant in the maintenance, reforming and strengthening to address, and such work must be based on structural defects and damage done to detect and scientific systems, rapid and accurate quantitative technical condition assessment of bridges based on. The content of this dissertation is as follows:Bridge made of various common diseases, their failure mechanism in detail analysis, and various domestic and international disease detection methods have been described. According to various situations and then detected by the defect on the bridge condition, bridge load capacity status, durability of state of the bridge was evaluated.That the technical condition of the bridge were quantified assessment, also introduced at this stage at home and abroad with a more general assessment, And conservation of domestic norms of two assessment methods were compared, simultaneously,combines the fuzzy theory in the variable weight of Hebei product Jiyuqing Bridge quantitative assessment of the technical conditions.In the final of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam with related research, and with reference to the definition of a defect related to the concept of reinforced concrete beams and the corresponding number of defects in capacity reduction factor.Quantitative evaluation of the technical condition of the bridge and reinforced concrete bearing capacity of the old bridge defects in the current and future bridge maintenance, strengthening and management all have great practical significance.
