The basic task of the control system for boilers combustion is to make heat from fuel's burning meet the need of load, guarantee the security and economical operation of the boiler. Usually, the system is made of the vapour pressure control subsystem, oxygen content in exhaust gas control subsystem and the burner hearth shouldering and pressing control subsystem ,etc. because thet boiler has complicated structure, heavy hot capacity and big delay and inertia ,in addition, the difficulty that measures the flow of fuel accurately, and the quality of the off-the-shelf fuel is changeable, the vapour pressure control subsystem in use is very difficult to overcome fuel disturb effectively in time ,it is difficult to guarantee the stability of the combustion, load adaptability, influence the security and operation economically. This text depends on "the research of the new technology about the three-dimension and diagnosis of combustion and load control"On some foundations of combustion control system of power plant, adopting the Radiant energy signal ,the research regards expanding the functions of this automated system in the power plant as its background, Probing into and proving the application of the radiant energy signal in the combustion control. Utilized the live data gathered from the power plant, on the basis of Least square method, the research built the mathematics model of target and . In order to compare and analyze the properties between the original system and the improved system, the research analyzed both system in use of the tool box of Simulink of MATLAB, the conclusion expressed the improved system worked better, the improved system can overcome the disturb more better than the original system, decrease the delay and the inertia ,the improved can decrease the use of energy in power plant and the pollution , it will improve the safety of the plant. The results of this research will offer the new thinking for the design and improve of the control system for boilers combustion.
