The thesis analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution law of precipitation, the conversion relationship between precipitation and surface runoff and distribution character of regional surface water resources by the methods of field survey and located observation. And evaluated the use state of water resources and probed into the arrange of water resource engineerings in Longde County. And the major results are followed:1) The mean precipitation in the region is 517.3 mm. The precipitation (P, mm), the absolute height (h, m) and geographical longitude (λ ,Ω) have such a relationship:P = -23833.3 + 0.081436h + 227.9229798A2) The depth of surface runoff (y, mm) can be predicated form the annual precipitation(x, mm) through the following forecast models:y=2×10-5X2+0.2474x-66.419 (the soil and stone region)y=10-5x2+0.1997x-58.431 (loess hills and valley region)y=4×10-6X2+0.1753x-53.681 (valley plain region)3)The surface water resources in highest flow year, normal year and low flow year are 77,654,900 m3, 54,019,600 m3 and 36,877,800 m3, the percentage in Tangjiahe, Haoshuihe, Shenzihe, Yuhe, Ganweihe, Zhuanglanghe and Shuiluohe watersheds are 0.9%, 12.9%, 12%, 48.1%, 10.9%, 9.6 %, 6.0% 。4) The estimation of the ecological water demand is 10,144,5 00 m3。5) The utilization belongs to primary period still, the use state is water-wasted, the waste of water is serious and the development potentiality is huge.6) If the control rate of surface water reaches to 75%, 10,619,000 m3 reservoir should be increased and 27,619,000 m3 water can be supplyed though all the reservoirs.
