Power supply system of large water & hydroelectric projects is the electric source of power, administrative, living and lighting when the project is constructing. Moreover, It is the electric source of backup system of the hydroelectric station, flood-control of the dam, living, multipurpose use of the dam area and so on when the project is finished. The system has special effects and status in building and running the project.The management of the system is very unique and is different with common power supply system. In order to perfect the management model of xiaolangdi-xixiayuan power supply system, In accordance with the existing situation of the management of xiaolangdi-xixiayuan power supply system. Chiefly analyse the characteristics and defects from the framework of management organization, human resource management and the other sides. In view of the above-mentioned reasons, use of the theories of modern business organization design, the theories of human resource management, and theories of project management, on the one hand from the view of business management, put forward the positive reform countermeasures for the management model of xiaolangdi-xixiayuan power supply system from organization design, achievement check, business culture, and other sides. One the other hand, from the view of project management, study the feasibility of practise project management for the running and management of xiaolangdi-xixiayuan power supply system. Put forward the concrete measures of pratise project management. Draw up the invite tenders files of the project.The achievements of the research can be used as basis for the reform of the management of xiaolangdi-xixiayuan power supply system, and can be used as reference for the management of power supply system of similar large water & hydroelectric projects.
