Research On Product Form Design Based On LCD

Along with the development of technology, people's living level is becoming higher. People have been shared the plentiful and substantial fruits brought by technological advancement. While enjoying the convenience and comfort brought by the wholeness industrial products, people give a big consumption of nature resources and energy, and pollute the whole world. Product life cycle design is an efficient method to solve the problem of environment destroying and resource lacking during the manufacturing, using, reclaiming processes.Based on this background, the status and trends of life cycle design and industrial product form design are summarized, and a method of product form design based on LCD is put forward in this paper. A relevant design flow is also established. Conflict solving theory and life cycle analysis system that sustain the whole design process are discussed. The main research works and the relevant achievements are as follows:(1)The characteristic about life cycle designed and form design is expatiated, the former is upon environment protecting, and the latter is about function and form. The requirement and the aim of product form design based on LCD are discussed in detail. The concept and the method of product form design based on LCD are put forward.(2)Frame of design rlow about form design based on LCD ls given out. The basic thought of it is taken out, and the differences between traditional design and form design based on LCD are discussed. After that, 3 restrictions of design, including environment restriction, human restriction, and market restriction, and their embodiments and effects on form design have been analyzed. Meanwhile, the concept of influencing factors (function, material, structure, style, comfortable) on form design is put forward. Attention model about influencing factors is made sure. Then, the main design frame and flow are educed, which include 3 phases, preparation, conception and realization. The tasks and the implement techniques of each phase are given out as well.(3)The type and reasons of conflict in the process of form design are analyzed. Forty invention principles on the theory of TR1Z have been studied. Then, the conflict solving theory for form design is put forward.(4) The advantages and disadvantages of Life Cycle Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process are batted around. A Phase Analytic Hierarchy Process method is given out, which is used to evaluate and select element during the design process.(5)The form of cleaning water machine is redesigned based on life cycle design. Its main structure and influencing factors are analyzed. A design project is submitted, which is completed with the method put forward in this paper.
