This article adopts the project which Static Var Generator (SVG) and Fixed-Capacitor (FC) in parallel operation, this Half-Static Var Generator (HSVG) not only improve performance of compensation system, but also reduce the systematic cost. At present though there are many kinds of Half-Static Var Generator, but Static Var Generator inverter which adopt GTO as the power device, this paper uses IGBT with the advantage of the higher switch frequency and smaller driving power as the power device, thus the systematic design is simplified, performance is optimal. At present 16 Fixed-point TMS320F24x series DSP processor that are relatively used extensively on the market, with the contrast, this system has adopted 32 fixed-point DSP TMS320F2812 that Texas Instruments Incorporated introduces newly as master control chip. Its orders faster, and has better compatible performance. Its ADC mold-number transformation module may reach 0.2% through the adjustment precision. Such advantages are adequate for the electrical network multi-signals gathering, processing operates. Because power section dependability and stability that Texas Instruments Incoporated provides for TMS320F2812 are not good, this article has designed its power again, proved that all there is a large improvement in dependability and stability by the experiment. It adopts Fast Fourier (FFT) as algorithm in analysis of harmonic component. This paper realizes the butterfly shape arithmetic unit of FFT through the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), having improved the speed of operation effectively. That exploits the respective advantages of DSP and FPGA sufficiently. Finally, this article designed based on the TMS320F2812 enhancement Controller Area Network (eCAN) and superior computer intelligence supervisory system.
