The Research Of The Equipment And Craft Of New Type Tank Assembly And Associated Mechanical Analysis

The rail-tank is the main transports of carrying common and heavy oil products and special oil products. The present craft and equipment of tank assembly system can't meet the demand of the new type tank cylinder assembly with high speed and heavy load background. It needs to be upgrade and renovate present craft and equipment. The new type tank assembly system designed in this paper can improve the assembly quality of tank cylinder and tank head, thus grantees the welding quality, and adapts to high-speed heavy -load non- cylinder tank assembly in large batch.First, the paper analyzes present tank assembly craft, indicates it's open questions. On basis of these research, we set up a new large batch tank assembly craft and analyzes it's functional, and use the creative designing theory and it's evaluating standard to complete design and evaluation of the new tank assembly system, and present the final reasonable design. Also carrying sub-technical design and brief structural explanation to the key parts of the new assembly equipment, such as rotation, radial movement,inner-supporting system, outer-supporting system and so on.Second, to master the relations of assembly quality of tank cylinder and tank head to assembly system's mechanical property, this paper carries FEA mechanical calculations on cylinder and inner supporting, obtains the rules that parameter variations, such as cylinder thickness, diameter, inner supporting numbers, supporting error, contact length, cause the variations of cylinder deformation, stress and circumferential error during the tank assembly processing and other parameters.
