The application of the tech of tri-dimension design simplifies the designing process by avoiding transforming the space model into plane figure, so that the errors appearing in the design will be largely decreased. In order to speed the application of the 3D software in the factory, workers of the factory are required to improve the ability of exploring and designing some pattern base of some special components.The main work for the study task is as follows:1. By classifying the common-used components in the assembly craft for shipbuilding carefully, help to explore the pattern base for common-used components of the assembly craft in shipbuilding.2. By using the software of ObjectARX, program and explore the pattern base for the common-used components in the crane equipment.3. By working at the exploring of the sub-system for managing the common-used components pattern base for crane equipment, add some functions to the above pattern base, such as function of Inquire, Revise, Delete and Insert.
