National Urban Lighting Education And The Research Center Construction Feasibility Advance Research

The urban lighting makes people's activity time be delayed until the night,and illuminate the urban environment consciously through the esthesia ofpeople's vision, thus forms a new developing art that is called "DesignBrightness". The urban lighting has shaped the new urban environment, pouredinto new vigor for the night skies of the city, has extended the life of the city,has played up the artistic atmosphere of the space. The design of theenvironment in the city night is the question that numerous urban administratorsand many citizens pay close attention to.However, as a new developing science, the importance of the urbanlighting's research has already been realized day by day, but it is limited topresent research field and scale domestically, has already seriously hindered thesound development of urban lighting construction. People only know blindconstruction, but don't realized that at the same time this kind of constructionhas already bring and threaten the existence and health of the naturalenvironment, urbanite and other biology seriously.This article draws the conclusions of two aspects through using thedevelopment experience of our urban lighting for reference. On one hand,through analysing and consulting the key elements of various fields, such as thescale that the foreign urban lighting research center set up, the establishment ofthe research institution, the research field and the subjects which involved, etc.,discusses the possibility and necessity of setting up the urban lighting educationand the research center in our country. And on this basis, puts forward thepossible conceptive program further. Through research field and experimentplace type that are set up among them, the article offers a kind of possible trainof thought on how to set up urban lighting education, research center in ourcountry in the future. Certainly, this is only the first step in preparation ofsetting up this centre. On the other hand, through comparing the specialitycourses with the domestic and international university about urban lighting field,find out the disparity among them, do preparation in earlier stage and possibleexploration for further launching the independent urban lighting teachingspeciality in the institution of higher education for our country. As lightingresearch of the urban lighting basal construction, it will be brought to perfectionand more deepen with the constant practice and development of our urbanlighting. We can expect that the urban lighting construction in the future will bean intelligentized society nightly living space full of technicalization and thecharacter of humanity under the good lighting theoretical research.
