A Study Of The Theory On High Quality Environment And Its Application

The concept of high quality environment indicates the revival of traditionalecological ideas. It reflects great improvement in architectural designs andconstruction. The revival of the tradition shows that people begin to adopt morescientific ways in dealing with the relationship between men and nature. Thus itrepresents the future prospect of architectural designs. This paper aims at exploringthe basic theory of high quality environment and illustrating the possibility andplausibility of constructing high quality environment in our country.The paper will be divided into four chapters:Chapter I:This chapter will study some concepts of "high quality environment" ,ecologicalarchitecture ,as well as sustainable development with a comparable approach in orderto give a more precise definition of high quality environment. It will also analyzesome environmental problems confronting all humanity and present the necessity ofadvocating high quality environment and the plausibility of realizing high qualityenvironment.Chapter II:This chapter will illustrate different ecological theories and also different schoolsof ecological designs at home and abroad .With our illustration we will show that highquality environment is the goal of life sought after by all humanity from the ancienttime up to now.We will also show that architects of different schools in the world allexert themselves in the improvement of ecological environment.Chapter III:In this chapter I will present a detailed description of the system of "high qualityenvironment" as well as standards in France and also explain the basic concepts of"high quality environment" and how they are put into practice .I will also demonstratethe application of the concept of "high quality environment" in practice with mypersonal experience in architectural designs.Chapter IV:This chapter will analyze the recent research on "high quality environment" inour country .It will also reveal the advantages of "high quality environment" as wellas our problems and explore the plausibility of realizing "high quality environment"in our country.There are about 60000 words in this paper.
