Study On The Working Safety And Sanitation Assessment Of Seafeties Of Engine Department At Sea

With the development of society and human progress, people have higher expectations for the safety and healthy. As a special colony, safe, its health condition should be attention. The more important thing is that seafarer health directly influences the effective implementation of the ship management systems, the accurate completion of various operation technologies and the security operation of the ship.This thesis considered that Healthy of HSE should ,be applied into SMS implement action by comparing petrochemical industry HSE and shipping industry SMS, and those ships which passed the seaman working environment assessment could be used. This measurement would improve seaman working environment and the security of the ship.The thesis studied some mathematics tools such as fuzzy mathematics, gray theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process, developed a new kind of method by taking advantages of these methods' virtues. And got a new comprehensive appraisal method of seaman working environment y combining comprehensive appraisal theory and FSA.Through investigating on the spot, studying the literature, visiting the experienced seaman, and consulting the experts, this thesis finally got the comparatively reasonable seaman working environment assessment index system at sea. It worked out the index weight questionnaire definitely and the index data measure forms, invited the experienced captains and chief engineers to fill in, and formed the appraisal data herein.The paper also succeeded in making the Occupational Health Administrative Systems of Crew of Engine Department by VB6.0. This System realized the following functions: weight calculation, data transform, action compressive computation and some basic factions such as New, Save and Print like Microsoft Word. Users can takeout, write and save the index weight questionnaire definitely and the index data measure forms like Microsoft Word.
