Study On The Index System Of Assessment In Health City Construction In Sichuan Province

Objectives To form a scientific, comparative and simple index system of assessment in Health city construction in Sichuan province for meeting the requirements of the current Health city construction in Sichuan province and comprehensive evaluating of the Health city construction in Sichuan and providing reference for similar studies.Methods Through consulting document and advanced investigation, we drew up the draft of the index system. Through Delphi method, we filtered the indexes. The research consisted of two rounds of action. We filtered the indices in the first stage and filtered the indices again in the second stage, and we set the index weights in this stage. Reliability, validity, positive coefficient, Kendall coefficient and authoritative coefficient were adopted to test the credibility of this study. Multiplicative synthetic index method and critical value method were used to screen indexes. Rank sum ratio method (RSR) and distribution according to proportion method were used to set the index weights.Results Cronbach'sαcoefficient of two questionnaires were 0.9605 and 0.9488, and their face validity and content validity were proper. Positive coefficient of two expert consultation were 93.1% and 100%; Kendall coefficient were 0.132 and 0.221; authoritative coefficient of this study was 0.885. 9 indexes were excised because of the weak operability, 3 professional indexes were added, names of 2 unscientific indexes were changed. After the second expert consultation, 6 indexes were excised and weights were given to all of saved indexes.Conclusions The index system of assessment in Health city construction in Sichuan province includes 11 primary indexes and 33 secondary indexes. According to this index system, Health city construction in Sichuan province can be evaluated and supervised objectively and fairly in muti-directions.
