In the thesis, a new software for analyzing the stress and strain of engine valve has been developed based on VC++6. 0 supporting environment. During the software developing, the OpenGL technique is used to establish dynamics module, and the interface of ANSYS and C++ is used to establish thermodynamic and stress coupling finite element module, and the secondary development of ANSYS is used to establish optimized design module of the valve. In the research, the interface technique of APDL and C++ of platform based on VC++6.0 has been discussed for the purpose of realizing the parameterized valve structure design and the parameterized valve finite element analysis process. For building the thermodynamic and stress coupling module of the valve, including the modeling, the unit type choosing, meshing, constraint condition, loading and so on, the heat transfer theory is also introducedSubject to the parameterized model of the valve and finite element analysis system being established on the foundation of the interface of ANSYS and VC(visual C++), and the system making use of VC to encapsulate APDL, The system can automatically read the APDL orders into the ANSYS and makes the design parameter can be automatically input to form a figure of finite element model of the valve instead of the method of GUI of person' s machine of the ANSYS. This avoided the information lose in the process of the convert between the constructing and analyzing of valve model and promoted the working efficiency to build valve model, and the reliability of finite element analysis can be enhanced greatly.
