Development of intelligent RMB sorter uses the technology of photovoltaic conversion and photovoltaic recognition, system uses high-speed digital processing capabilities of DSP chips, sorting RMB by image recognition;at the same time, it utilizes the neural network controlling to strengthen the accuracy of the test signals, while improving the accuracy of the system, and keep system always in the best operation system;controlling the corresponding part of the external circuits by microprocessor, Such as photovoltaic, magnetic, image sensors, data collection and processing of relevant Monitoring tasks, as well as their own equipment failures, being dead against phenomena semi-RMB, adhesive RMB in course to judge and deal with the situation accordingly, which effectively prevents the probability of wrong point and missed the point, it make system have a very high reliability.
