Research On The Freight Ship Form Standardization In Three Gorges Reservoir Area Of Hubei Province

Three Gorges reservoir area lies in the west of Hubei Province.The geographical position is very important.The region is known as the natural resources area of Hubei Province. After Three Gorges successfully stored up and operated,the condition of the waterway in Three Gorges reservoir area has been greatly changed.It may be very difficult for the existing ship to meet the needs of the shipping development in the fields of the secure and the economy.In this paper ,at the very beginning, introduce the present situation of the channel and the ports in Three Gorges reservoir area.After that ,analyse the condition of freight transport market in Three Gorges reservoir area to get the typical navigation lines.Then,calculate the future volume of goods transported.Last,make a programme of the ship type as well as the fleet and give some suggestion.There are five sections in this paper.In the first section,it is the introduction to the source , background and methods used of this paper. In the second section,it is the introduction to the present situation of the channel and the ports in Three Gorges reservoir area.In the third section,it is the analysis of the freight transport market condition in Three Gorges reservoir area.In order to get the better analysis result,connect the suggestions given by the local government with a great deal of the collected material and data about the national economy, transportation, channel, ports, water resources , minerals resources and so on;then arrange, process as well as analyse them.Make the use of the method that is composed of the standard analysis combined with the example analysis, the static analysis combined with the dynamic analysis as well as the quantitative analysis combined with the qualitative analysis and use the scientific mode of thinking as well as the systems analysis so that find out the essence and the relation of the material and data.Then,reach a scientific reasonable conclusion about the freight transport market in Three Gorges reservoir area and gain the typical navigation lines. In the fourth section,it is calculation of the volume of freight transportation in Three Gorges reservoir area.The methods of pluralistic linear regression, cubic exponential smooth and GM(1,1) have been used to calculate the volume of freight handled of the harbours.The fifth section is theprogramme of the freight ship foam.According to the research object and determined typical navigation lines.The mutual multiple objective optimization and decision method have been utilized to optimize the ship principle dimensions.Then,the nonlinear plan has been adopted in the fleet deployment.In the last section,summarize this research and some suggestion for the development of the freight transportation in Three Gorges reservoir area have been proposed in the end.
