The Research On Fault Information System In Local Grid Intelligent Dispatch

According to the present running status on the dispatching system of electric powersystem. This article introduces the idea of the power grid intelligent decision-making andsustain system and proposes the design about an idea of fault information system(FIS)based on a uniform data platform and faced for regional power grid intelligentdispatching system. The system applies Delphi and SQL and VC and oracle databasecombining with the df8002 data platform of East Electronics company, settles some keyissues in the collection and disposal of the fault information in power system, achievesthe study of the subsystem named fault information system(FIS) in the power gridintelligent decision-making and sustain system of LANZHOU.According to the data flow from the substation to the dispatching system, thesystem achieves the communication between the substation to the dispatching system,combines the protection action and the fault record information with the switch changeinformation of SCADA system, provides information support and decision assistant.Thisdesign has been applied in the decision-making and sustain system of LANZHOU. Theproject has passed the check of the national grid company as the result of "having theinternational advanced level".
