| Modern power grid’s safe production and operation is closely related to the dispatching automation system,whose reliability determines whether the system can operate safely and has a great impact on the country’s economy.With the comprehensive transformation of the dispatching business to "regulation and control integration",the operation mechanism,business scope and safety responsibilities have changed profoundly,and the automation profession,which guarantees the real-time safety of grid regulation and control and the stable operation of regulation and control business,also faces serious challenges.In order to improve the quality of power supply services,reduce the equipment damage and safety hazards caused by long time single-phase grounding,solve the single-phase grounding fault in the distribution network of large cities caused by the same trench cable equipment group injury and personal electrocution safety risk,solve the dispatcher processing line single-phase grounding fault with experience,no basis for the status quo of manual pulling,I research and expand innovation to achieve the practical grounding selection method of the main station end.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.The main research content of this paper is as follows.In this paper,I deeply analyze the current situation of distribution network dispatching automation work,the current situation of single-phase grounding fault processing work of distribution network lines and the existing problems of the author’s power supply company,and research and analyze the intelligent line selection management work of distribution network based on computer technology and combined with the single-phase grounding fault isolation process of distribution network lines.This paper mainly adopts B/S structure system,J2 EE platform,geographic information system,SQL Server database and Java language to develop an intelligent wire selection system for small-current grounding fault in urban distribution network,which can promote the improvement of single-phase grounding fault processing work efficiency of distribution lines.The main functions of the system include basic data management,electrical wiring diagram management,distribution network line monitoring management,intelligent line selection management,comprehensive information query and statistics management,and system management.This paper adopts the requirement analysis method to analyze and summarize the overall architecture,network topology,general functions,detailed functions and database of the intelligent wiring system,and then adopts the software structured design idea to design the core functions of the intelligent wiring system for small current grounding faults in urban distribution network.At the same time,a simulation test platform was built to test the software of the urban distribution network small current ground fault intelligent wire selection system.The test results show that the urban distribution network small current ground fault intelligent wire selection system developed in this paper basically meets the actual needs of the power supply company where the author works. |
