A Study On The Planning Design Of Healthy Environment In High-rise Residence

High-rise residence becomes the major model in our country residencedevelopment gradually, and living the healthy environment times todayattached importance to, the author concerns more and more "healthy residence"of the trial practice presenting to in high-rise residence. Though therelationship between high-rise and health still exists a lot of arguments that wecan't evade, we need to study how to create the same healthy environment inhighly dense lived just like in low density. This text begins from studying thehealthy residence, takes external environment in high-rise residence as theresearch object, puts forward tactics and essential factors of planning design toguaranty the healthy environment from the angle of architect by the way ofmethod that contrasts, analysis and concludes, then gives the high-riseresidence in Shenzhen as example, discusses the capability evaluation and theliving meaning of healthy environment by way of the living example analysisand self practice realization. The author believes that the purpose of promotingand obtaining the health living in high-rise residence can achieved by way ofdesigning and planning the exterior environment.This thesis includes the content of three parts.Going up the piece of writing is " background and present situation ",analyzing, contrasting and defining healthy, high-rise residence, externalenvironment and healthy environment. Middle piece of writing is " designmethod and tactics ", as the nucleus part of thesis, beginning with theory ofpublic space design, urban design, neighbourhood's cell and community,bringing forward the design principle, essential factor and tactics of high-riseresidence planning in order to ensure the healthy environment. Next piece is "practice, investigation and analysis ", as the demonstration part of thesis,giving the examples of shenzhen high-rise residence and self practices that theauthor mainly participated, concluding the process of promoting health is moreimportant than purpose. By the way, the capability evaluation and thefoundation planning qualification of healthy environment have been analysedin thesis too. The author also points out that the design is only one of basicelement to realize the healthy environment, the more important isparticipations of each stratum of society such as government, individual andorganization, making joint efforts to promote the progress of healthyenvironment.
