Study On The Design Of Moderate High-rise In HeFei

Our country' s fast developing economy and rapidly increasing population has led to a higher demand for the Quality and Quantity of city residence,which brings both opportunitoy and challenge to city residential construction. Due to the existence of many failings , the widely-spread tall buildings and buildings of many levels cannot keep the balance between Quality and Quantity. Therefor a new residential mode,the moderate high-rise , emerges to meet the need.Moderate high-rise, according to modern residential norms, can be defined as seven-to-eleven-level buildings for residence. Through horizontal comparisons from many angles between moderate high-rise and high-rises of other kinds,the paper comes to the conclusion that moderate high-rises have a lot of advantages,mainly reflected in such aspects as saving land convence comfortable favorable structure adequate lighting good ventilation and reasonable size .with an analysis of the combination of moderate high-rises, it is found that the plank-tape ones are by far the best, favored by both real estate dealers and housers in big and middle-sized cities. Because it can well integrate residence with economy and environment.Through on-the-spot investigation and study of the planning and design of Lotus Garden, located in the economic and technical developing district in Hefei, and Yiyuan Mansion-representative buildings in Hefei new district of government administration, the paper arms at reflecting such design conceptions of morderate high-rises as " Human Orientation " " Sustainable Development " " Healthy Rrsidence" in the planning, sample and design of moderate high-rises. This is a good demonstraton of the development of moderate high-rises in Hefei. Also,it offers tentative solutions to some problems.
