Hangjiahu Area is rich in precipitation. However, with the sustained and rapid economic development in recent years, the problem of the water scarcity aroused by the poor water quality and environmental degradation of water quality is becoming serious. In the year of 2004, Jiaxing city using the water conservancy of Hangjiahu Nanpai to implement the test of drainage and exchange water in Hangjiahu Area, on the basis of the test of expansion water diversion from Yangtze to Taihu. And the effect of water quality environment improving is preferably. But the drainage and exchange water test only considered Hangjiahu Nanpai water conservancy, whereas not considered to scheme the others water conservancy in Hangjiahu Area, so it is not considered from the Area as a whole.In this thesis, the analysis of importing Taihu Basin fine water to Hangjiahu Area by the alongshore dams of Taihu, eastern bank dams of Dongdaoliu, alongshore dams of Taipu River, increasing Hangjiahu Area water quantity, meanwhile, opening Hangjiahu Nanpai water conservancy to drain water to the Bay of Hangzhou properly, thus leading water orderly flow to enhance self-cleanlily capacity and help improve Area water quality is made. By using the water quantity and quality association scheme model to simulate and calculate each scheme of selected low water calculation year, then analyzing positive and negative effort of all schemes to select the best one.For expansion water diversion from Yangtze to Taihu exist multiple water diversion projects are or will be implanted, this thesis could be helped to provide basis of improving Hangjiahu Area environmental water quality, rationally determining area diversion water scheme as well as area and basin association scheme, could also provide experience for future years.
