Motor has been applied in every field as a mechanism-electricity transformed device. Nowadays the product of the direct torque control (DTC) lacks in application, so my thesis unite the item-the Research on Automoible Controlled by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) control system, attempting theory analysis, developing the system model and providing the academic and primary proof in practice.Firstly, the virtue and development of PMSM and mathematic models in different coordinate were introduced. Then my theory deeply discussed DTC theory basis applied in PMSM and analyzed the control action of voltage vector on flux linkage and torque. The model of DTC in PMSM and the theory formula of every part is introduced, which is based on voltage vector.According to the principle and structure of PMSM DTC, the thesis set up the sub-modules of PMSM DTC system by Matlab/SimuLink. The simulation of opened-loop and closed-loop are carried out, and the simulation results show the method is effective.Based on the simulation, thesis provided hardware platform of PMSM control system with DSP TMS320LF2407A and IPM PM600CLA060, reasonably fixed every sub-system in order to minimize the disturb. Then the element graphics of system and every modules are introduced.The software designing mainly focused on control arithmetic of DTC. Compiling and writing of DSP was introduced. Then thesis particularly recommend on system software designing function and main structure, including software flow in sub-modules. Finally, important PWM program was introduced.
