Research On The Old Building Reconstruction Design Based On The Concept Of Sustainable Development

As China’s economy continues to develop,the people‘s economic level has been greatly improved,and the demand for quality of life has been growing.Strong advocacy of sustainable development within the scope of the country,the concept of sustainable development has gradually entered the people’s mind.Strong advocacy of sustainable development within the scope of the country,to demonstrate that design can not only change people’s inherent way of life.But also to improve the user’s understanding of sustainable living,so as to improve environmental awareness.As a whole,the renovation of old buildings is sustainable for the reuse of old buildings;as far as the local design is concerned,the rational planning and re giving use function of limited space is also sustainable.This paper mainly discusses the research on the old building reconstruction design based on the concept of sustainable development from three aspects.First,it discusses the key points and methods of the design based on the concept of sustainable development;second,it demonstrates the design of the old building reconstruction based on the concept of sustainable development through the concept of sustainable development in the reconstruction design of the old building;finally,through the reconstruction design of the old building in Chengdu Fuqin community Practice,summarize and anticipate the practical application value,and demonstrate the research content.In this paper,through practical investigation and literature research,to understand and explore the current design methods and technologies based on the concept of sustainable development.The following design methods are summed up:"reasonable use of limited space","Space folding","use of renewable materials","reuse of waste materials“,and these design methods are used as auxiliary means or design ideas for practical research.The limited space in the old building should be rationally developed and reused to give it new vitality.At the same time,suit one’s measures to local conditions,the transformation design should be carried out in line with the current lifestyle,aesthetic taste and cultural connotation of our country.On the basis of modern life style,combined with local cultural characteristics,integrating traditional elements,exploring new materials,so as to change people’s inherent understanding of the indifference of old residential buildings,make the residential buildings more humanized,more temperature,and provide a new idea for residential transformation design.The author hopes to take this study as a new way to explore the organic integration of sustainable development concept and old building reconstruction,so that the concept of sustainable development can be integrated into the details of daily life,so that users can personally feel and touch the changes brought about by the real concept of sustainable development.The concept of environmental protection can be integrated into life,and sustainable design can enter daily life.In this way,we can make people better understand the real meaning and connotation of sustainable development,and put environmental protection into practice in the way of design to explore the significance of the times for urban construction.
