with the rapid development of mobile communication , wireless Internet, and the rapid increase in the number of mobile users, the future development of mobile electronic commerce(e-commerce) is promising. Internet .mobile communication and computer technology perfectly combined to bring mobile electronic commerce, e-commerce is popular in consumer with convenience and simplicity, the payment by mobile phone is the new means of payment, compared with the traditional means of payment , it would be more convenient for payment by mobile phone and PDA terminal, only by a cellphone, consumer can do the whole dealing, deeply loved by consumer especially Young people, so, the number of mobile phone payment would be increased continuously. The payment by mobile phone is the future trend of e-commerce, because this mode has tremendous predominance, which would be the dominating way. The auto-seller is developed based on an embedded hardware platform and the embedded Linux OS. The users can buy all kinds of drinks in every corner of the city by mobile phone, the auto-seller can play ads and alternating information, so they can attract more consumer to develop more transaction, the system of the auto-seller and the mobile electronic commerce platform are expounded in detail. The research done in this thesis work includes the follows: The study of the mobile electronic commerce platform, design of the embedded Linux system, development about software and hardware of the multimedia auto-seller, development of the program in Embeded Linux OS. Finally, function testing and performance evaluation are carried out on the prototype. The future research topics are also discussed.
