The traditional way of train operating supervisor control is based on the control system in the train. During the train is operating, it is hard to communicate between the train and the depot and communication efficiency is very low between the train and the depot control dispatching central, so it can not meet the requirement for technology development of our country's railway trainsport. In order to meet the new development of railway trainsport technology, the thesis mostly rearches the real-time locomotive localization and transport system of supervisor data, and completes the design of software and hardware for the system.The thesis firstly analyzes the basic methods for locomotive localization, determines the localization scheme for this design.Then,in orde to meet the requirement of real-time data transport, it choices GPRS network as the channel. The thesis designs the interface module for acquiring the information in the TAX and the speed aquiring module for locomotive localization backup calculation and the module for data's storage and sending.At the same time , system adopts the method that grand acception system sends the confirmation information to ensure that the module for data's storage and sending can judge whether locomotive is in GPRS network.Whole system operates well in field and reaches the previous design goal and solves the key problem in the locomotive real-time supervisor.
