The scroll compressor has the advantages of small volume,light weight, stable suction and discharge, small vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, etc.It is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration, power engineering, transportation and other fields. The high speed scroll compressor is more favored by the industry because it can greatly improve the capacity.The mini-crank anti-rotation mechanism with rolling bearing has been widely used in the high speed scroll compressor in recent years,due to its low friction loss.The tangential gas in the compression chambers acts on the orbiting scroll during the work process of scroll compressor.It makes the scroll around the spindle rotation axis of rotation torque, resulting that the scroll compressor is unable to perform the normal work.In order to keep the scroll orbiting, the anti-rotation mechanism is set in the scroll compressor according to the theory of mechanism to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of the mini-crank anti-rotation mechanism have an important influence on the performance of the whole machine.To study the engineering problem which the mini-creak anti-rotation mechanism has a short bearing life, a force model of the orbiting scroll was established and various gas forces and moment in the orbiting scroll disc were analyzed. The results show that gas forces and torque vary from different rotation angle in a period.On the basis, a model of the mini-crank anti-rotation mechanism was established, the dynamic characteristics and deformation of the mini-crank were analyzed.And the minimum bearing life of the mini-crank was calculated under the conditions of different numbers and shaft diameter of the mini-crank, at the same time the variations of bearing life were analyzed,furthermore measures to extend the bearing life of the mini-crank were proposed.This paper also put forwarded a three-dimensional limit anti-rotation mechanism,analyzed its structure, explained the anti-rotation principle and advantages of the three dimensional limit anti-rotation mechanism,analyzed the force and calculated the minimum life of the three-dimensional limit anti-rotation mechanism.The minimum bearing life of mini-crank anti- rotation mechanism and life of three-dimensional limit anti- rotation mechanism were compared.Results show that the minimum life of threedimensional limit of anti-rotation mechanism is longer.The three-dimensional limit of anti rotation mechanism is a new good type anti-rotation mechanism. In addition,the characteristics of several types of lubrication were analyzed and provided a reliable reference of lubrication for mini-crank bearing and three dimensional limit anti-rotation mechanism.
